Navigator teachers are dedicated, passionate professionals who are driven to impact the lives of traditionally underserved students. Substitute teachers participate in classroom management training and are coached weekly to constantly improve their practice, use technology on a daily basis in Navigator’s cutting edge blended educational program, build and promote critical thinking skills in order to deliver an exceptional educational experience.

• Rigorous instructional delivery using a variety of methods, including direct whole group, small group circles, 1-on-1 tutoring, and blended technology tools
