The Regional Compliance Manager is responsible for the project management and timely delivery of compliance reporting requirements as defined by relevant local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring adherence to education compliance norms.

Responsibilities

  • Project management and delivery of compliance reporting requirements.
  • Focus on compliance areas such as Local Control and Accountability Plans (LCAP) and Federal Program Monitoring (FPM).
  • Support with implementing and communicating legal and regulatory updates.
  • Development and maintenance of school site specific plans.
  • Conduct internal and external audits.

Qualifications
