• Current California Credentials - Attach a printout with the detailed Document Number from the CTC website (Do not attach the certificate) or status letter from credential analyst confirming credential recommendation by August 1, 2025
• CLAD or other English Learner Authorization (The authorization may be embedded in your CA credential)
• Transcripts (post-high school)
