We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Counseling and Guidance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a comprehensive range of student support services, including counseling, special education, academic advising, and student wellness programs.

• Overseeing a comprehensive range of student support services, including counseling, special education, academic advising, and student wellness programs.
• Leading, managing, and enhancing the comprehensive student services program.
• Providing oversight and support to the high school counseling department and other student support personnel.
• Ensuring counseling services align with the school's mission, policies, and educational goals.
• Addressing the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
• Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, School Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Valid Counseling Credential and Administrative Credential are required.
• Knowledge of academic advising, college admissions, and NCAA eligibility requirements.
• Experience working with diverse student populations, including at-risk youth and students with special needs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, parents, and external agencies.
• Extensive experience in school counseling or educational leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of 504 regulations, mental health services, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Ability to analyze data to assess program effectiveness and drive improvements.
